According to the cookie law document attached here, a cookie was originally a text file in which visitor data was recorded. And gradually this was expanded. And nowadays you have to give permission for that.
No permission is required when it comes to analyzing the website. Google Analytics is allowed under certain conditions.

I don't use google analytics and even analysis of the website doesn't interest me.

Just so you know.
Because with that I comply with the law.
